If you are unsatisfied with the product, contact us within 30 days of receiving it to request a return. Once proof of purchase has been validated, Nutri Fixx will provide a return label and cover the shipping cost.

After receiving the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement as requested. The refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive the product. Refunds granted are refunded for product cost only and do not include shipping costs paid by the customer (and shipping tax where applicable).
