We take your satisfaction very seriously. If, for any reason, you are displeased with our products, we will gladly refund your money or issue an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We will issue store credit up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please contact our Support Team at support@thenutrifixxgroup.com or (817) 380 8191 to request a refund. Our Support Team will provide the return labels, and The Nutri Fixx Group will pay for the shipping costs for the returns sent back to our fulfillment center.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days of us receiving the product. Refunds granted are for the product cost only and do not include shipping costs paid by the customer (and shipping tax where applicable).

Exceptions

If your order is incorrect (e.g., missing an item, a different item than ordered, or the wrong quantity), contact us at support@thenutrifixxgroup.com or (817) 380 8191 as soon as possible. We will expedite the correct order, and if a return is necessary, we will cover shipping costs both ways.
